軟部＆整形外科領域放射線（画像）診断学において、「Skeletal Radiology」 誌がとても役立ちますよ、ということを以前お話ししましたが、最新号の 「Volume 52, issue 6, June 2023」から下記論文を紹介します。

「Update of pediatric bone tumors—notochordal tumors, chondrogenic tumors, and vascular tumors of the bone. (Skeletal Radiology 2023;52(6):1101–1117.)」
2020年WHO骨軟部腫瘍分類における小児骨腫瘍の一部のUpdateを紹介しています。

 

「Detection of bone marrow metastases in children and young adults with solid cancers with diffusion-weighted MRI. (Skeletal Radiology 2023;52(6):1179–1192.)」
小児および若年成人における悪性腫瘍骨髄転移の拡散強調画像における検出能が検討されています。結論は、「Bone marrow metastases in children and young adults can be equally well detected on b = 50 s/mm2 and 800 s/mm2 images, but ADC values can be misleading.」だそうです。

 

「Acquired butterfly vertebra as a sequela of eosinophilic granuloma. (Skeletal Radiology 2023;52(6):1243–1246.)」
椎骨ランゲルハンス細胞組織球症（LCH）罹患後、蝶形椎体（butterfly vertebra）になったという症例報告です。
