放射線診断学において、American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR)　がとても役立ちますよ、
ということを以前お話ししましたが、最新号（May 2020, VOLUME 214 NUMBER 5）から、下記4論文を紹介します。

「Review. Pediatric Tongue Lesions: An Often-Overlooked but Important Collection of Diagnoses.（AJR 2020;214:1008-1018.）」
なかなかマニアックですが、小児舌病変の総説です。

「Review. Calcified Splenic Lesions: Pattern Recognition Approach on CT With Pathologic Correlation.（AJR 2020;214:1083-1091.）」
これは、日常臨床にもとても役立つ、脾臓に石灰化病変をきたす病変の総説です。

「Original Research. Invasive Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms: CT Features of Colloid Carcinoma Versus Tubular Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas.（AJR 2020;214:1092-1100.）」
Colloid (mucinous noncystic) carcinomaって、かなり派手な所見を呈するようですね。

Colloid (mucinous noncystic) carcinoma is a rare histologic variant of ductal adenocarcinomas composed of extracellular pools of stromal mucin with floating neoplastic cells. Almost all invasive colloid carcinomas of the pancreas arise from IPMNs. Most colloid carcinomas histologically arise from intestinal-type IPMNs and express MUC2 but not MUC1.

「Original Research. Salt-and-Pepper Noise Sign on Fat-Fraction Maps by Chemical-Shift–Encoded MRI: A Useful Sign to Differentiate Bone Islands From Osteoblastic Metastases—A Preliminary Study.（AJR 2020;214:1139-1145.）」
小ネタですが、ちょっと面白い硬化性骨転移と骨島の鑑別方法です。
実臨床では、ここまでしなくってもあまり困らない印象ですが、、、。
