腹部放射線（画像）診断学において、
「Abdominal Radiology」誌がとても役立ちますよ、

2019年2月号「Volume 44, Issue 2, February 2019」から下記論文を紹介します(最新号の3月号よりこちらが盛りだくさんなので）。

 

「Pathological variants of hepatocellular carcinoma on MRI: emphasis on histopathologic correlation. (Abdominal Radiology, 2019, 44(2):493–508.)」

肝細胞癌のvariantsのレビューです。
より極めたい人には、下記論文もおすすめです。

「Current status of imaging biomarkers predicting the biological nature of hepatocellular carcinoma. (Japanese Journal of Radiology, 2019, 37(3):191-208.)」

 

「Differentiation of hepatic abscess from metastasis on contrast-enhanced dynamic computed tomography in patients with a history of extrahepatic malignancy: emphasis on dynamic change of arterial rim enhancement. (Abdominal Radiology, 2019, 44(2):529–538.)」

肝膿瘍と肝転移との鑑別に悩むときがありますが、今後はこの所見に着目してみればいいかもしれませんね。

 

Among CT imaging findings, patchy parenchymal enhancement, arterial rim enhancement persistent through portal venous phase, and perilesional hyperemia were significant independent variables for predicting hepatic abscess.
