骨軟部＆整形外科領域放射線（画像）診断学において、
「Skeletal Radiology」誌がとても役立ちますよ、
ということを以前お話ししましたが、
最新号の「Volume 48, Issue 10, Oct 2019」から下記3論文を紹介します。


「Thinking beyond pannus: a review of retro-odontoid pseudotumor due to rheumatoid and non-rheumatoid etiologies. (Skeletal Radiology, 2019, 48(10):1511–1523.)」

Thickening of retro-odontoid soft tissueは、しばしば出会うことがありますね。これに関する総説です。


「Review article: the differential diagnosis of bone marrow edema on wrist MRI. (Skeletal Radiology, 2019, 48(10):1525–1539.)」

こんなに多彩な病態が、‘bone marrow edema’ or ‘bone marrow lesions’ in the wristを生じるんですね。


「Small soft tissue masses indeterminate at imaging: histological diagnoses at a tertiary orthopedic oncology clinic. (Skeletal Radiology, 2019, 48(10):1555–1563.)」


小さな軟部腫瘤を、画像で質的診断するのは本当に苦労します。
それを再認識させられ、残念ながら決め手となる救いの所見はなさそうです。
