最新号の“Case Records of the MGH”を紹介します。

こういったパターンの表現型もあるんですね。
これほど多彩なら、この疾患は結構Commonなのかもしれません。

男性の（主に精巣）Seminoma例にRhombencephalitisとして発症する、新しいparaneoplastic anti-KLHL11 encephalitisの紹介です。


「Case 19-2019: A 38-Year-Old Woman with Abdominal Pain and Fever.（NEJM 2019;380:2461-2470.）」
とても教育的な症例です。
これは、日常臨床で出会いそうです。
