＜論文紹介：Abdominal Radiology 2018;43(10):2625–2642.他＞

腹部放射線（画像）診断学において、
Springer発行の「Abdominal Radiology」誌がとても役立ちますよ、
ということを以前お話ししましたが、最新号から下記3論文を紹介します。

「White paper of the Society of Abdominal Radiology hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis disease-focused panel on LI-RADS v2018 for CT and MRI. (Abdominal Radiology, 2018, 43(10):2625–2642.)」

以前「LI-RADS」を紹介しましたが、もう改訂するのでしょうか。
正直、ついていくのがしんどいです。

「Renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma: magnetic resonance imaging characteristics. (Abdominal Radiology, 2018, 43(10):2756–2763.)」

Renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma (EAML)の特徴は下記の通りだそうです。

Most of patients with renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma are women and have no characteristic clinical manifestations.
The radiological appearance of EAML has a tendency to be mainly hypointensity on T2WI, restricted diffusion on DWI.
Inhomogeneous marked enhancement in the corticomedullary phase, especially reticular enhancement and rapid wash-in and wash-out are also suggestive imaging findings.
The presence of a round interface with the normal renal parenchyma supports the diagnosis of EAML. Renal EAML has minor or no components of identifiable fat on imaging.

腹部MRIでも、皮膚や皮下をちゃんと見ておかないといけませんね。
