神経放射線診断学において、「Clinical Neuroradiology」がとても役立ちますよ、ということを以前お話ししましたが、
最新号(Volume 34, Issue 2 June 2024)から、下記3論文を紹介します。

「Establishing Optic Nerve Diameter Threshold Sensitive and Specific for Optic Atrophy Diagnosis. (Clinical Neuroradiology 2024;34(2):373-378.)」
中眼窩部視神経の冠状断直径が≤2.3 mmであれば、視神経萎縮と判定して良いようです。

「Signal Abnormalities in Noonan Syndrome are Probably Consistent with Focal Areas of Signal Intensity (FASI). (Clinical Neuroradiology 2024;34(2):495-497.)」
NF1と同じRASopathyのNoonan症候群でも、Focal Areas of Signal Intensity (FASI)を認めるそうです。

「Severe Complications After Ozone Therapy-related Stroke. (Clinical Neuroradiology 2024;34(2):511-514.)」
オゾン療法では、空気塞栓を生じることがあるそうです。
