WHO による CNS 腫瘍分類第5版に最近記載されたPrimary intracranial sarcoma, DICER1-mutantというまれな頭蓋内腫瘍が紹介されています。

視神経鞘周囲くも膜下腔に着目すると、脊髄CSF静脈瘻の存在に気づけるそうです。
