小児放射線診断学において、Pediatric Radiologyが役立ちますよ、ということ を以前お話ししましたが、最新号「Volume 53, Issue 12 November 2023」から、 下記3論文を紹介します。

「Recommendations for neuroradiological examinations in children living with achondroplasia: a European Society of Pediatric Radiology and European Society of Neuroradiology opinion paper. (Pediatric Radiology 2023;53(12):2323–2344.)」
軟骨無形成症は多彩な神経放射線画像所見を呈します。

「Medial meniscal posterior horn tears and ramp lesions in pediatric patients: lessons learned. (Pediatric Radiology 2023;53(12):2345–2354.)」
Ramp lesionとは、前十字靱帯(ACL)損傷に合併する内側半月板後節～後角と関節包付着部および/または半月脛骨靭帯(meniscotibial ligament)の後方縦断裂です。

「MR features of primary bone lymphoma in children. (Pediatric Radiology 2022;53(12):2400–2410.)」
下記が特徴だそうです。
The diagnosis should be considered when children and adolescents, especially boys, present with painful intra-osseous lesions which by MR imaging are multifocal, epiphyseal, involve the lower extremity, especially the knee, or demonstrate an infarct-like appearance.
