神経放射線診断学において、American Journal of Neuroradiology (AJNR)がとても役立ちますよ、ということを以前お話ししましたが、最新号「December 01, 2022; Volume 43,Issue 12」から、下記3論文を紹介します。

「Malignant Melanotic Nerve Sheath Tumor. (AJNR 2022;43(12):1696-1699.)」
Malignant melanotic nerve sheath tumors are uncommon pigmented tumors of Schwann cell origin, most often found along the spinal nerves.

「Imaging Findings in Children Presenting with CNS Nelarabine Toxicity. (AJNR 2022;43(12):1802-1809.)」
ネララビンは、 T細胞性急性リンパ性白血病およびT細胞リンパ芽球性リンパ腫の治療に用いられる化学療法薬です。

「Expanding the Spectrum of Early Neuroradiologic Findings in β Propeller Protein-Associated Neurodegeneration. （AJNR 2022;43(12):1810-1814.)」
BPANは、WDR45遺伝子変異によるオートファジー機能障害により脳に鉄が沈着する疾患です。
