基礎疾患や投薬歴があると、判断に苦慮しますね。

上述の論文と併せて読むと、より学習効果アップと思います。

「REVIEW ARTICLE: Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Due to 21-Hydroxylase Deficiency.（NEJM 2020;383:1248-1261.）」
Figure 3がおすすめです。へえーっと思うことがたくさん記載されています。
Approximately 10% of patients with CAH have CAH-X syndrome, which is characterized by features of CAH combined with features of the hypermobility-type Ehlers–Danlos syndrome and is due to a contiguous gene deletion that disrupts both CYP21A2 and TNXB, diagnosed by genotyping.
Adrenal myelolipomas, which are commonly bilateral though asymmetric, are also characteristic tumors in patients with classic CAH, but the pathogenesis of these tumors is unknown.
