NEJMがとても役立ちますよ、ということを以前お話ししましたが、
最新号から論文を紹介します。

「CORRESPONDENCE: Identification of Anonymous MRI Research Participants with Face-Recognition Software.（NEJM 2019;381:1684-1686.）」

画像におけるAIがらみで、大変面白い（というかちょっと怖い）です。
放射線画像（今回はMRI)から個人の特定が出来るかも、というお話です。
これにより、個人情報の匿名化が、放射線画像があれば不可能にしてしまう未来が来るかもしれません。
逆に、放射線画像検査における患者さんの姓名・IDの照合確認をする必要が無くなるかもしれませんね。

ついでに、最近のNEJM論文も紹介します。
