画像で診断できる教育的症例です。

これはややこしい。しかし、国家試験にでる病態です。

メトヘモグロビン血症は発展途上国の井戸水で生じやすい。
なんと、群馬でバルブ故障による水道水汚染＋粉ミルク授乳で新生児 ICU と産科病棟でメトヘモグロビン血症が発生してしまったそうです。
