放射線（画像）診断学全般において、「Japanese Journal of Radiology」誌がとても役立ちますよ、ということを以前お話ししましたが、最新号の「Volume 43, Issue 11 November 2025」から下記論文を紹介します。

「Non-thrombotic pulmonary emboli: imaging findings and differential diagnoses. (JJR 2025;43(11):1746–1760.)」
非血栓性肺塞栓症（NTPE）として、fat embolism, tumor embolism, and pulmonary tumor thrombotic microangiopathy, air embolism, amniotic fluid embolism, septic embolism, parasitic embolism, and foreign body embolism、など多様な病態が解説されています。

「Ultrafast MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging: a review of morphological evaluation and image quality in breast MRI. (JJR  2025;43(11):1761–1777.)」
乳腺MRIにおける超高速ダイナミック造影MRI（UF-DCE）や拡散強調MRI（DWI）の総説です。

「CT-based assessment of bear-inflicted maxillofacial injuries: evaluation using the facial injury severity scale and its association with hospitalization duration. (JJR 2025;43(11):1812–1821.)」
現在まさにホットなクマ外傷論文。画像はなかなか恐ろしい。中顔面と上顔面の損傷は、しばしば同時に、かつ両側に発生します。これは、クマが相手を弱らせるために上顔面を狙うためと考えられているそうです。
